Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 makes it unlawful for an employer to discriminate against any individual with respect to
his/her compensation, terms, conditions, or privileges of employment, because of such individual's sex. In many instances, sexual
harassment includes using proposed sexual relationships as a basis for maintaining employment. Further sexual harassment includes
any inappropriate sexual contact or unwanted physical contact.
